Our first step is to meet with you, in person, by phone or by video conference. Whether you are in Los Angeles or across the globe we can work with you. Many of our clients are spread around the world, and we very often travel to our clients. Once we have met with you and established what your goals and objectives are, we can begin planning your website or project.
Scope
The scope phase involves further developing the details regarding your website. During this phase we will determine the functions which will be needed to fulfill the goals and objectives of your project. Following the scope phase we will have enough information to create a Scope of Work document, outlining the work which must be completed and a proposed cost of development.
Project Plan
At Refined Digital Studios we believe creating a website is very similar to designing a building and just like a building, a website needs a plan or a “blueprint”. During this phase we will create a blueprint for your website, a master plan which will be used to create the platform discussed in the previous two steps. This document will be titled the “Project Plan”.
Create
Once the project plan is agreed upon we can begin creating. During the Creation phase we will design and develop your website using the Project Plan as our guide.
Review and Testing
Inevitably there are always adjustments and changes which are needed before the site goes live to the public. Upon creation we will review the project with you and make any necessary changes. One of the most crucial parts of devleopment is “testing”. Our team along with you, will test all aspects of the site confirm it is performing to your standards.
Launch
One of the most exciting days for any person or business is launching their website. Launch day is the day we open the website to the world and go live. Following the launch day we monitor the website constantly and make adjustments as necessary.
